K-ON! Trading Card Sleeves

Around late July, movic would be releasing a series of K-ON! card sleeves in Japan.
It is now up for pre-orders at Kurocha! for $15/pack (65 sleeves per pack).

K-ON! PSP Game!!

Following up the great success of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva, SEGA announced a new button-tapping rhythm game for the anime series, "K-ON!".

The game, "K-ON! After School Live!!", would be based on the first season of the anime series and gameplay is almost the same as Project Diva, except that this time, notes would be flowing across the screen on a bar instead of all over the screen. So I guess it should be much more easier than Project Diva!

Plus, when you create combos, the tension gauge would build up and when it is filled, the girls would do some special actions! I wonder what would they be doing, hahax!

The game would be featuring game-play for all five characters, Yui, Azusa, Mio, Ritsu and Mugi, and multi-player support via ad-hoc, allowing five players to play together. I assume that each player can take up the role of each of the 5 characters and play different instruments.

Songs that would confirmed be in the game are the opening and ending songs from the first season, "Cagayake! Girls" and "Don't say 'LAZY'" and I guess "Fuwa Fuwa Time" would be included too!
I hope that the character image songs would also be included, especially "Heart Goes Boom!"! ^^

The UMD game is expected to be released this coming fall (3rd quarter) and would be region-free.

Black Rock Shooter (Animation Version) 1/8 Scale Figure

Yet another awesome PVC figure from the popular 'Black Rock Shooter' is due to be released this October in Japan and would be retailing for 9800円 (S$150.50 without including shipping to Singapore). This time it is sculpted (by Ken Kawanishi) based on the upcoming anime and Black Rock Shooter has mid-motion, dashing forward stance while getting ready to fire the giant 'Rock Cannon' held on both of her hands. There are also chains that are wound around the collapsing floor, adding more effect to the figure and making it more like 'alive'.

Hatsune Mike Plush Toys

The popular and loved character from Vocaloid, Hatsune Miku, being made into figures and other products was also made into plush toys by Gift! It was released in Japan on 28th October 2009 with limited stocks and it is now on it's second run, releasing in Japan on August this year.

 The Hatsune Miku plushie comes in two different versions

Last year it was sold for around 3500円 (about S$53.75) each without shipping to Singapore. This time it is up for pre-orders for around S$60 each including shipping.

It is available for pre-orders on Kurocha! till 14 June with a required S$20 deposit.

That's what is said on Kurocha!'s website and when I scrolled further down, instead of seeing 'PreOrder', I saw 'Sold Out' Noooo..... Seems that I missed yet another limited item of the Fate series T_T
