No more 'First-Come-First-Serve' for future AKB48 'LIVE' performances

Directly took from the AKB48 Singapore Facebook page's Wall:

'Here at AKB48 Singapore, we’re committed to continuously improve our service to our loyal customers. We have developed a new queuing system to make it fair for all to get equally allocated priority entrance for each AKB48 Singapore Theater ‘Live’ performance. The new system is no longer first-come-first-serve based.

1. Each ticket is stamped with an alphabet, ranging from A to J. Each block consists of approximately 55 tickets.

2. A random draw will be conducted to determine the entry sequence, based on the alphabet on the ticket, one and a half hours before the start of each concert. The results of the draw, along with the approximate entry time, will be announced onsite, our Facebook page and at the AKB48 Singapore Official Shop.
For audience members who wish to know the entry sequence as soon as possible, the draw will be conducted in front of the *SCAPE Warehouse entrance.

3. The audience members will be lined up according to the entry sequence at the entrance of *SCAPE, after the draw. Queuing sequence within each block is according to ticket number.

4. Audience members will be lead in to the concert hall in the sequence drawn. If you have missed your block, you will be moved into the next available block.

The organizers reserve the right to change the terms mentioned.'

No wonder there was a 'J' when I received my ticket. Can say happy and can also say sad about this.
Happy is due to the fact that I would not have to queue super early anymore and I can make my time more useful at home or elsewhere before heading down to *Scape.
Sad is due to from now it would depend on luck to get the front few rows seats =[

Actually I am more of sad as I actually don't mind going there to queue super early as I still bring stuff there to do to kill time. Well... let's see how it goes then... 'J'... hope would be drawn to be at the front! >.< I want to see dear Paruru more clearly (behind tend to get blocked by big-sized people and jumpers - literally jumping around =_=)

'Latest Update! – ‘Bingo’ Queue System (The system mentioned above)

We understand that some of you may wish to enjoy the concert with your friends. And due to the nature of the new ticket queue system there is a chance this may not be possible.

We are happy to announce that we will be making a concession, and will only allow ticket holders who have physically purchased and collected (Online) tickets at the AKB48 Official Shop before 23:59 19.06.11 (SUN) to change the alphabet on their tickets.

Please note that:

1. Only a one-time change of alphabet is allowed. Once a ticket is changed you cannot change it again.
2. Each request is treated on a case-by-case basis. The organizers can still refuse the change, and it will be based on our own discretion. Should too many of one alphabet be used up, we will be unable to issue any change requests.
3. Changing of alphabets on your tickets can only be possible on 2 days, on 21.06.11 (TUE) and 22.06.11 (WED), and only at the AKB48 Official Shop at *SCAPE during normal operation times.
4. This program is strictly only applicable to those who have physically purchased or collected (Online purchase) their tickets at the Akb48 Official Shop before 23:59 19.06.11 (SUN)

Those who seek further clarification on the terms implemented may email: contact@akb48.com.sg
