Hobby Maker Show Summer 2010

From Danny Choo's post yesterday I saw many many great figures that appeared at the Hobby Maker Show where some are not yet released. My hands are getting itchy!! X3 My wallet is unable to support me though =p

Summer Wars figmas

"Some Summer Wars Figma's snapped at the Industry Hobby Maker Show yesterday - King Kazuma and Love Machine."

Max Factory would be releasing the King Kazuma figma from the 2009 film, "Summer Wars", around October in Japan. It would cost around 3000円.

Two expressions are included, a standard face as well a grinning face to show the weight of all his combat. Another one of the avatars, the strangely-cute avatar that Kenji used when his was stolen is also included with a stand.

Akiyama Mio 1/6 scale PVC figure

An exceptionally large 1/6 scale (260mm) Mio Akiyama figure is set for release in November 2010, by manufacturer Daiki Kougyo. It appeared at Wonfes 2010 Summer as an exclusive!

An expensive figure (about SGD225), although this is perhaps understandable considering her impressive 26cm height and accompanying bass and amplifier.

I like the Yuri & Tenshi design more (maybe because if Tenshi? hahax! Kanade is loved! XD) but I have the money, I would buy BOTH XD Yui is loved too!!
However, one thing that I don't like is that the print is on the bottom of the back side of the tee. With the tee on, I would most probably wouldn't want to lean by a wall, not even sit down. =X

Black ★ Rock Shooter OVA Bluray & DVD Limited Edition

The Black ★ Rock Shooter Original Video Animation (OVA) was released last month on the 24th and the Limited Edition Bluray & DVD Set would be released around December this year in Japan. The limited edition set would be coming with Nendoroid Puchis of Black Rock Shooter and Dead Master.
