This news was spread rather fast and soon enough I got to know about it through a fan-base in Singapore. Was rather shocked and did not really wanted to believe till it was official posted on the SDN48 official blog.

Translation of a part of the blog post:
“It has been 2 years and 2 months since we formed SDN48, and we would like to thank you for your large support and warmhearted messages since the beginning.
In order to focus on each member’s career path, all the members of SDN48 will graduate from the group together.
Through their farewell concert on March 31st, 2012, the first chapter of SDN48 will conclude its role.
We are approaching the time where we need to think about our break point.
Though all of us will go on a new stage to fulfill our own dreams, please continue to support us.”

The post also mentioned about the graduation being the end of the 'first chapter' of SDN48. I suppose all members would indeed graduate and replaced a fresh new batch? Can't confirm anything yet, so shall wait for more news to come.
What's for sure to me is I would definitely miss Yukarin a lot as she is the only one that I love a lot in the whole group. Hope she get into a career that she likes after graduation. I will forever support her! >_<
